Dr. Tarifard, as an expert lawyer, is well versed in all immigration laws and very smart in understanding the needs of his clients. His written structure in legal requests is very professional and completely understandable and fluent. He is also very polite and friendly. He talks to his clients about their legal cases continuously in order to improve them. He approved my wife's case as a senior researcher in the field of Electrical Engineering with eight out of ten criteria through EB-1A in just 8 days. Highly recommend.
Mr. Tarifard helped us get a visa for my husband, our case category was FX1, and we were devastated after the travel ban almost killed all of our hope, and every attorney we talked give us low rates of our chance to get the visa and unite, Mr. Tarifard helped us stay positive with his professional skills and optimism. He also took his time to get to know us to write a professional and personal waiver letter which we needed at the time to pass the travel ban. He kept his support in 2020 after embassies shut down due to the Covid19 pandemic, and my husband’s interview got canceled. We got the visa in April 2021, and we are so grateful that we had such strong support for these hard years!
He is very honest and accurate. He is very trustworthy and it’s a peace of mind that he follows up on my case. Strongly recommend his service!
